My husband calls his mom, trying to see if she can find us a flight out of O'Hare for the same day. And when I asked if they could do ANYTHING else, because no doubt same day flights are going to be outrageous- he tells me flat out no. I'm then informed that they refunded the card, but it won't be available for 7-10 business days. He then says "Well, we can get you into Salt Lake City from Midway tomorrow night around 10pm" Umm, no! We need to get home TODAY.

I told him no, that we needed to get home TODAY, so if they didn't have any flights even out of Chicago Midway, that we needed it back on our card, to find a new flight. He pauses, and goes "Yes, it's been cancelled. I explain, that the guy at the desk has said that there has never been a flight to SLC from O'Hare with Frontier. Getting on the call, the first lady kept saying "F as in Foxtrot" EVERY TIME I would say "S as in Sam"- but finally got to someone else- who then informs us that the flight had been cancelled. Frontier has never flown to SLC and the only flight going out today is to Cancun." I legit start crying, trying to figure out how we are going to get home, but called customer service. He looks up our confirmation information, and then hands us a piece of paper and says "Call Customer service. We show him our flight confirmation, and he has a VERY baffled look on his face, and proceeds to tell us "Frontier HAS NEVER flown from O'Hare to Salt Lake City". In less than a second, he says "Wrong Airport". Tell him- We don't have passports, we're staying in the US. We explain that we tried checking in- and it just kept pulling an error, so we need help checking in for our flight. We stand there, and about 10 minutes later, a guy comes out and asks how he can help us. When we get to the desk- no one is there- not at desk or in line. We get to the airport and go to the terminal- second red flag- Frontier's desk is in the International Terminal. Okay, not a a big deal, we will just show up at the airport around 10am instead of 12pm (4 hrs before plane leaves), have the desk check us in. Figured it must be a glitch, so we asked my MIL to try checking us in on her computer- same error popped up. This past Saturday, (August 20th), we were trying to check in to our flight on the app- but an error kept popping up, saying "Check In not open" (first red flag).

In the past ten months, the only emails received from Frontier were promotion and discount emails. My husband and I purchased tickets back on Octofrom O'Hare to SLC for a flight home on August 21, 2022. Sorry in advance- it's a long crazy crap show. I am in need of help, after some crazy crap that happened this past week.
